Prices and taxes
Prices are shown in Swiss francs, all taxes included: VAT at 8.1 % and the advance disposal levy collected by INOBAT. Some models are marked "indicative price" or "price on request" while the figure is not yet fixed; it is then confirmed in writing before any order.
Delivery
By freight carrier, on a pallet, to the address given. The rate depends on weight and region and appears on a separate line of the summary before the order is confirmed.
Warranty
The two-year statutory warranty under the Swiss Code of Obligations (CO) applies and binds the seller. There is also a ten-year manufacturer’s warranty on the Venus range.
Returns
Swiss law provides no statutory right of withdrawal for online purchases. Any return facility granted by Voltika is commercial and stated at the time of ordering.
