Data protection
Voltika processes your personal data in accordance with the Swiss Federal Act on Data Protection (FADP). This page sets out precisely what we collect and what we do with it.
What we collect
Back-in-stock alert: your email address, the product concerned and, if you tick the box, your interest in the other compatible models.
Compatibility test: your answers, from canton to meter model, and the verdict calculated. They stay in your browser and reach us only if you then submit a form.
Message to support: your email address, your postcode if you give it, and the content of your message.
Trade account or manufacturer partnership request: registered name, UID number, country, contact name, email address, telephone, canton, activity, product range and estimated volume.
We also keep the page the request was sent from and, where present, the campaign parameters in the address, along with the country the request came from and the browser used: technical details every server receives.
What we do not do with it
We do not sell, rent or pass your data to third parties for commercial purposes, and we do not use it for targeted advertising.
Why we process it
To tell you when the product you are interested in is back in stock, to answer your message, to check your installation’s compatibility and, if you are a trade customer, to send you our terms. That is all.
Cookies and audience measurement
This site sets no advertising cookies and does no remarketing or data resale. The compatibility test and the basket use your browser’s local storage, which never leaves your device and which you can clear at any time. Our host keeps technical connection logs, as every host does.
We measure site traffic with Google Analytics 4, operated by Google Ireland Limited. It sets a measurement cookie and records pages viewed, visit duration, device type and an approximate location derived from the IP address, which Google truncates before storing. We use it to know which pages are worth something, and nothing else.
Three points that matter. The tool’s advertising features are switched off at source: no ad_storage, no ad_user_data, no ad_personalization. Data is kept for fourteen months, then deleted. And if your browser sends the Global Privacy Control signal, measurement is not loaded at all: no request is sent, no cookie is set.
You can opt out at any time, without asking us: by enabling the signal above, by installing the opt-out add-on published by Google, or simply by refusing this site’s cookies in your browser. The site works identically either way.
Where the data is kept
In a Cloudflare D1 database reserved for Voltika. It is kept for as long as your request remains relevant, and deleted on request.
Your rights
You may at any time ask for access to your data, its correction or its deletion by writing to [email protected]. We reply as quickly as we can and free of charge. Every email we send carries an unsubscribe link.
Data controller
