Prices and availability

Prices are shown in Swiss francs, all taxes included, comprising VAT at 8.1 % and the advance disposal levy collected by INOBAT. Delivery charges are billed separately and communicated before any order.

Some models are shown at an indicative price: the manufacturer has not set a final figure yet. The applicable price will be confirmed individually before any order. Signing up for a back-in-stock alert is neither an order nor a contract of sale, and commits you to no payment.

Trade marks and intellectual property

Marstek and the product names are trade marks of Marstek Energy Co., Ltd. Voltika is a distributor and claims no rights in them. Product photographs come from the manufacturer and are used with its agreement; the substitute vector renderings are produced by Voltika from the published dimensions.

Warranty and returns

Swiss law provides no statutory right of withdrawal for online purchases. Any return facility granted by Voltika is commercial and is set out in the terms and conditions of sale. The two-year statutory warranty under the Swiss Code of Obligations (CO) applies, alongside the ten-year manufacturer’s warranty on the Venus range.
